Dustin is a Marketing Management
graduate from De La Salle University and holds an MBA diploma from the Bath School of Management in the United Kingdom. A multi-awarded sales person in the real estate industry, he is currently the Chairman of Philippine Cut Flower Corporation, owner and operator of Island Rose, one of the largest online retailers in the country.

His brainchild,
Island Rose, was chosen by the International Trade Center, an agency under the World Trade Organization (WTO) as best practice model for use of Information Technology for small and medium enterprises. He was also awarded the Agora Award for Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship by the Philippine Marketing Association.

As a pioneer in the industry and a favorite academic case study, many online retailers in the country use e-commerce principles popularized by Island Rose.

Dustin is also Chairman of the Board of Qartas, the entity behind SureSeal, aims to create the largest community of trusted Philippine businesses that comply to the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and reliability. Its ultimate goal is to appear in every legitimate online business in the Philippines promoting trust and goodwill among businesses and customers.
